Working closely with our client, Comdain directed the project from its infancy. Like many Planning applications it was an extensive process involving creative design, client desires and regulatory requirements. Handled professionally and appropriately a permit was issued for the construction of two dwellings on a corner site in Mont Albert.

The delivery of exceptional finishes and workmanship produced a result in excess of the client’s expectations when the public determined its value on auction day.
