The exceptional outcome which stands today is a derivative of a committed team approach, treating the project as an alliance, aligning goals and sharing information over a 12 month period prior to construction.

The structure is a superbly detailed public building, requiring highly proactive project management and trade appreciation. Comdain continued to add value during the project with innovative design input/resolution, construction detailing and proposition of material alternatives. The scale of the project permitted a dynamic decision making process between site, head office and client. Consequently our craftsmanship skills were frequently tested and exemplified by on site crafted items such as 3500mm sliding door tracking and battened feature internal doors.
